The commencement address is one of the most venerable and respectable traditions of American academia, especially at elite universities such as Stanford and Harvard. In May and June every year, as usual, many universities invite successful people to share their inspirational stories. Jobs’ 2005 Stanford Commencement Address at Stanford University is regarded as the best commencement speech of all time. In the speech, Jobs urged graduates to pursue their dreams and see the opportunities in life's setbacks -- including death itself.
